1) Overview

Welcome to Garmasis. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian’s consent) to purchase.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3) Products, Availability & Accuracy

  • We aim to describe products accurately, but minor variations in packaging, color, or scent intensity can occur.

  • All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Currency

  • Prices are in AED and include or exclude VAT as stated at checkout.

  • We may change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

5) Orders & Payment

  • When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation or dispatch notice.

  • Payment methods: major cards, Apple/Google Pay (if enabled), and Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible areas.

  • For COD, you agree to have exact payment ready on delivery. We may refuse COD service to accounts with repeated failed deliveries.

6) Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across the UAE; same-day delivery may be available in select cities for orders placed before the cutoff time.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier constraints, holidays, weather, or events beyond our control.

7) Risk of Loss & Title

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Title passes upon full payment.

8) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.

  • For hygiene and safety, opened perfumes/oils or used incense items are generally non-returnable unless defective.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; COD refunds may be by bank transfer or store credit.

9) Promotions, Bundles & Gift Cards

  • Promotions are for a limited time and subject to specific terms.

  • Bundles and discounted sets may have special return rules (see Return Policy).

  • Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only on our website.

10) User Content & Reviews

  • By posting reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and share that content for marketing and site display.

  • Do not post unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing content. We may remove content at our discretion.

11) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the site’s security or functionality;

  • Use bots/scrapers without permission;

  • Resell products without authorization;

  • Violate applicable UAE laws and regulations.

12) Intellectual Property

All site content—including logos, product names, images, and text—is owned by or licensed to Garmasis and protected by law. You may not reproduce, modify, or use it without our written consent.

13) Third-Party Services & Links

Our site may contain links to third-party sites or use third-party apps (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

14) Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as required by law, our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garmasis and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garmasis from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

17) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, cyber incidents, or courier disruptions.

18) Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

19) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will apply from the “Effective date” shown above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

20) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi (Al Ain), UAE, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
