Return & Refund Policy (Garmasis)

Overview
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return, exchange, or refund under the terms below.

Return window

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used perfumes/oils, used incense/bakhoor, and burned sticks/cones

  • Sale/clearance items and gift cards

  • Customized bundles where any product was opened/used

Damaged / wrong item

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund.

Exchanges

  • Unopened items may be exchanged for a different scent/product (subject to stock).

  • Any price difference will be charged/refunded.

How to start a return

  1. Email or WhatsApp us with your order #, reason, and photos (if damaged).

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange return drop-off or courier pickup.

  3. Once inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Fees & shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping/pickup is customer’s responsibility (we can arrange a prepaid label/pickup at our standard fee).

  • If the item was faulty/incorrect, we cover the return cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Same-day deliveries

  • Returns are allowed under the same terms; timing for pickups may vary by city.
